CrCl > 80: 250 -500 mg po q 6.

CrCl 80-50: 250 -500 mg po q 6.

CrCl 50-10: use doxycycline.

CrCl < 10: use doxycycline.

Important side effects

Teeth will turn yellow if a kid. Photosensitivity; I live in Portland Oregon, we don't worry about this. Thank goodness there is no such thing as rain sensitivity. Nausea and vomiting.

Febrile disease states that are culture negative are often referred to as tetracycline deficient states.
