Important side effects

Psychosis and really weird and disturbing dreams. Like a Bush as president. Actually reality is worse than a dream. Also diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, extrasystoles, nausea, psychiatric symptoms, seizures (rare), sinus bradycardia, vomiting (3%).
