CrCl > 80: 30 to 50 mg/kg qod for 10 x 15 doses.

Important side effects

Common: gastrointestinal (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain) and skin rashes. Photosensitivity reactions, angioedema, headache, dizziness, and hypotension with respiratory distress less often.
